To return an item(s) to us, your package must include a copy of your original order invoice.

At Drop Ship Traders we really hope that you will be happy with the products and equipment you order from us. However, should you have a change of mind for any reason, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our web site for a refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification i.e. Special Orders. The following conditions apply:
Orders must be cancelled within 14 days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered by contacting email@example.com quoting your customer order number.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs although we will assist you with arranging collection of larger bulky items, though there would be a charge for this.
All Goods must be returned in their original unspoilt condition; i.e. unused and in their original packaging.
We regret that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs.
We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been returned and inspected.
All goods should be suitably wrapped/packaged to make certain of safe handling and to protect them from receiving any damage during transit.
Special order items may not be accepted back unless they are faulty.
Your legal rights are not affected.
If returning goods yourself we recommend you obtain proof of postage.
All products on this website are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Rigorous inspection and batch testing procedures are carried out by the manufacturers and every effort is made to ensure all products reach you in full working order.
However should either of the following apply please contact us immediately or within 7 days of delivery quoting your customer order number.
Should your product be found to be missing any parts Customer Care will arrange for these to be sent out.
Should your product be found to be faulty on arrival, Customer Care will arrange the collection of your product for inspection.
Should the goods be verified to be faulty, we will either.
Deliver a replacement free of charge, or refund the price you paid for the goods if a replacement is not required.
We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been inspected.
Please include your customer order number and contact details with the returned goods.
If any fuel or oil has been added to the product this must be fully drained off prior to collection or the item may be refused.

In the event that a product you purchased on-line develops a fault during its guarantee, usually 12-months from the purchase date, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate. Your legal rights are not affected. Please contact us for further assistance.
Damaged in Transit (DIT):
We use established, specialist couriers to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, We will exchange any goods that arrive damaged as long as you make us aware of the damage within 48 hours and send photographic evidence of this damage. If your order has arrived damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know as soon as possible. Your legal rights are not affected.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the original card or bank account used to make the purchase within 7 days. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
